Your help is our hope
The David Collins Leukaemia Foundation of Tasmania Inc. is a Tasmanian organisation dedicated solely to the care and cure of Tasmanians living with leukaemia, lymphoma and related blood disorders. Since 1980, the Foundation has provided hundreds of patients and their families with care and support through their leukaemia journey, funded research for improvements to treatment and awarded scholarships for professional development of medical staff in Tasmania.
All money raised stays in Tasmania. No paid fundraisers are employed and nearly all of the Foundation's work is done by volunteers.

Of the 6400 Australians diagnosed with leukaemia or a related disorder each year, about 93% will be over the age of 20. However, leukaemia remains the most common form of childhood cancer. In Tasmania, each year about 50 adults are diagnosed, and 10 children.
